Carolyn Hodge, PHR, MBA
Founder

Carolyn focuses on building leadership teams for nonprofit organizations. She excels at helping nonprofit CEOs and heads of HR rethink the way they recruit staff into large, quick-moving, culturally diverse teams. Her expertise spans the fields of social justice, clinical leadership recruitment, C Level searches for non-profit entrepreneurs and recruitment program assessment.

Carolyn began her career in public policy at Edelman PR in Washington, D.C., and spent seven years as part of the executive team of a growing nonprofit internet regulatory advocacy group, managing the organization’s transition to a $30 million for-profit company. She holds an MBA from Babson College and a BA from George Washington University.

Navneet Kang
Recruiting Manager

Navneet joined Roccam in the fall of 2024, after obtaining her Master’s in Psychology, choosing non-profit recruiting after 7 years of experience at Heidrick and Struggles the international executive search firm where she managed CEO, President and Senior VP searches in the Middle East.  She helped place the President of SAP Software for MENA region and numerous CEO placements at airline companies and airports. 

Navneet has been acting as talent advisor to Wu Yee Children’s Services and Bay Area Community Services quickly gaining expertise in ECE Head Start and Behavioral Health sector leadership recruiting for the Bay Area.

Claire Luchini
Recruiting Manager

Claire joined Roccam in 2022 after spending a decade in program and customer service operations as a physical therapy practice manager for a busy multi-location practice. Claire’s attention to detail and project management for complex high volume recruiting operations has resulted in growing new regional expansion for our client in crisis mental health from 0-250 employees in under 2 years.

Kim Terrio
Senior Recruiter & Manager

Kimberly has 6 years of experience leading talent acquisition for non-profits. She has a background in nonprofit operations for workforce development, senior services, developmental disabilities and sports, museum and education. Prior to working in recruiting, Kim was a customer service supervisor in hospitality and luxury hotels. Her supervisory experience is key in finding the right candidates to complement established teams. Kimberly holds a BS in Liberal Studies from Assumption College.

Marisol Robles
Recruiter

Marisol Robles has spent past 12 years in recruitment with a wide range of experience in multiple sectors specializing in clinical and teaching recruiting. Marisol specializes in in high volume positions, working with our clients to fill high demand positions in early childhood education and case management. She was also recognized as a Top 25 Recruiter nationwide and first in her region. Marisol is fully bilingual, speaking both Spanish and English.

Marisol was on the Deans Honor Roll at Los Angeles City College.

Colleen Brandon
Finance & Accounting

Colleen Brandon is a seasoned finance professional with over 26 years of experience as a CFO for professional integrated marketing service firms. Colleen has managed multi-million dollar agencies, taking private firms through mergers and acquisitions and providing strategic counsel along the way. She was responsible for day-to-day financial reporting. Certified QBO ProAdvisor. Specialties include QBO set-up and training; ongoing maintenance; data cleanup; project cost accounting; budgeting; financial analysis/planning/reporting and payroll.
